Jivaraa ships to serviceable locations across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping availability may depend on the delivery PIN code and courier serviceability.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Jivaraa may offer Free Shipping as part of promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders. Such offers may be subject to specific terms or minimum order values.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders generally take approximately 3–7 business days to reach the customer, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Delivery to remote or non-metro locations may take additional time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, phone number, and other required information while placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt to contact you if there is difficulty delivering your order.

If delivery repeatedly fails or the shipment is refused, the package may be returned to us.

Any re-shipping request may be subject to additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears significantly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document its condition before opening whenever possible.

We recommend making an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, especially if you intend to report a missing, incorrect, or damaged item.

Please contact Jivaraa promptly with your order details, photographs, and supporting video, where applicable, so that the issue can be reviewed.

10. Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product or believe an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Claims will be reviewed based on the order details and available supporting evidence.

11. Order Modification & Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changing the delivery address or cancelling the shipment may not be possible.

Any cancellation or modification request will be handled according to the order status and Jivaraa’s applicable cancellation/refund policies.

12. International Shipping

Unless specifically displayed as available during checkout, this Shipping Policy primarily applies to orders delivered within India.

If international shipping is introduced or available for selected locations, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery conditions may apply.
